Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated October 5, 2026

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time. This includes data we received through Instagram and other Meta platforms. Here's how.

1. Remove our access to your Instagram account

  1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
  2. Tap the menu, then Settings and activity.
  3. Go to Website permissions → Apps and websites.
  4. Find Sla8 Social Automation and select Remove.

Once removed, we can no longer read from or publish to your account.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email slateconsultingservicesllc@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include:

  • your name, and your Instagram username if the request is about Instagram data;
  • the email address or account the data relates to.

We'll confirm we received your request within 5 business days, may ask you to verify that the account is yours, and will delete your data within 30 days. That includes account details, access tokens, posts and media we stored, comments, messages and insights. We'll email you when it's done.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as invoices and receipts, or where needed to resolve disputes. Content already published to Instagram stays on Instagram until you delete it there.
